How long does shipping take?
Depending on the shipping location, shipping time frame is generally is 2-5 business days.

Can I pickup my order?
Yes! FREE local pickup from Varsity Lakes QLD 4227, please contact us at baskgifthamperstudio@gmail.com to organise a pick up time.

Can I add a card to my order?
Yes! We provide a complimentary handwritten card with every gift hamper purchased through our online store, with your specified wording to your recipient.

When will my ordered gift hamper be shipped?
Ready made gift hampers are shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery, depending on location.

Can I request express delivery?
Yes, we have an option to select express shipping.

Hampers containing Alcohol-
Parcels containing Alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. The recipient may be required to provide a valid identification for proof of age to sign for the product. Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left if the destination is unattended and will be transported to the nearest post Office or Agent.

Can I change my order after placing it?
As long as your order is not packed or left our studio, we can try our very best to amend your order. Please contact us at baskgifthamperstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at baskgifthamperstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible. Cancellations will only be made if the hamper has not yet been packed or shipped from our studio.

What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, PayPal, Afterpay.

Can I create a custom gift hamper?
Yes! We can work with you to create a custom gift hamper to suit your needs and budget. Please email us at baskgifthamperstudio@gmail.com specifying what you are after.

Do you make corporate gifts?
Yes! We offer Corporate Gift Hamper Services with a range of pre designed hampers available or we can work with you to design custom hampers for your clients or staff.

What happens if my gift recipient is not home when it is delivered?
The parcel will either be left in a safe place or taken to the nearest post office for collection.

How to choose your gift delivery date?
It is difficult to give an accurate delivery date as couriers can expect delays at times, especially seasonally. To ensure your gift hamper is delivered in time please allow 1-3 business days for it to be dispatched from our studio and an extra 2-5 business days for delivery. Express shipping is available as well as local pickup from Varsity Lakes, QLD.

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will receive an email shortly after your order in placed with confirmation of your order.

What do I do if my recipient has not received their order?
If your recipient has not received their order within 8 business days of the order being placed, please contact us at baskgifthamperstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can follow up with our courier on the missing order and resolve the issue immediately.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately not, our shipping is Australia wide only.

An item in my gift hamper was damaged?

We take great care when packaging our gift hampers to ensure they are packed well and arrive in perfect condition.

However, accidents can occur through transit.

If an item in your package is damaged, please contact us at baskgifthamperstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Bask Gift Hamper Studio accepts no responsibility for chocolate or any other food or beverage that has been altered in the hotter months whilst in transit. Our Courier service does its best to place such items in the cooler part of the delivery vehicle however please be mindful during summer months that such items pose a risk of deterioration. All of our products are stored in a cool environment prior to delivery and care is taken to package them to minimise risk.

Product replacement/out of stock items-
In the unlikelihood should an item become un-available from our suppliers we will replace an item with a similar product of equal or greater value.

Returns and exchanges-
Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges on our gift hampers.

What if I forgot to add my discount code at checkout?
Unfortunately we are unable to enter a discount code once the order has been placed. You will however be able to use the discount code on your next order. All codes are single use only.
